"I had been working for two years on an Offer in Compromise with an experienced attorney who threw his hands up in the air and said that there was no more that he could resolve my $500,000 tax balance. I suggested that we bring in help to get to a satisfactory resolution. That help came from Paula. She is a former IRS employee of twenty-plus years. Her final assignment with the IRS was reviewing Offers in Compromise in Los Angeles district, a very challenging position at which she exceled. I know she exceled because I represented a client before her. The IRS employee assigned to my case was underqualified for this matter and put up many artificial barriers to resolution. Paula persisted, provided expert guidance to me and the much higher-priced attorney, and guided my case to the finish with excellent results. She even followed up with the IRS after the agreement was reached to make certain they did their part. Her fees were less than half of what the attorney was charged me, but worth a hundred times more in value. Her work ethic and expansive knowledge make her the choice for anyone who is having tax issues."

"The tax knowledge of these people is truly outstanding. They also really care about their clients. In my case the IRS claimed that I had made a mistake in my 2022 filing. Not so bad, but when I sent them proof that I had done my taxes correctly I got no result, rather a second notice. Then I called for help and Paula took over and plowed through the many hurdles, including having to elevate my concerns. She got it done!!!!"
