"I was concerned when I received a missed payment notice from the IRS regarding my installment agreement. I found it especially disconcerting since I hadn’t missed any payments, or even been late with any payments. I called the IRS and after enjoying their hold music for an extended period as well as being disconnected twice, I was able to talk to a person. That person did not see where a payment had been missed (because there wasn’t one) and stated that she would add a note to my account. When I received the second notice with the dual headings of Notice of Intent to Levy and Intent to terminate your installment agreement, I can’t say that I was surprised, but I can say that I went from concerned to greatly alarmed. I felt that I was in over my head and that I needed help immediately, so I started calling phone numbers from a Yelp search and leaving messages. Shortly after leaving a message for Dan Randall and Associates, Paula returned my call. A brief conversation with her, explaining my situation, left me feeling far more hopeful and optimistic. Within a couple of days, I met with Dan and Paula in person and their assurances that they have dealt with the same and similar circumstances left me feeling like a giant weight had been lifted from my chest and I could breathe again.It took some time (If you’ve tried to talk to the IRS lately, you know) but Paula negotiated a new installment agreement, the agreement wasn’t missing any tax years, A flaw I failed to notice with my previous agreement, and she even drew my attention to inconsistencies in transcripts of a couple of prior tax years that should be looked at to potentially decrease my overall tax debt significantly.Should I have future issues with the IRS (almost feels like a WHEN and not an IF), my first and only phone call with be to Dan and Paula."

"When I came to Paula and Dan in March 2021 I had unfiled tax returns going back to the 1990s. Although I had filed many years, I had approximately 15 years of unfiled taxes. The first extremely significant good news I received was that I would only have to file returns for the past FIVE years. The tax liabilities for the years that were eliminated would have cost me at least $150,000 (with penalties and interest it could have been well over $200,000). After filing the five years the IRS requested, my total debt was $36,000. For the first time in 30 years I have no tax debt! Paula and Dan were easy to work with, communicated promptly despite my being out of state, and the cost was very reasonable, considering the huge amount of money they saved me. I would highly recommend them if you have tax issues. Don't try to go it alone! The IRS will almost certainly not work with you when you don't know the in and outs of their system. I've already told a number of friends and family my story and encouraged them to contact Paula and Dan if need be."

"10 years, 2 OIC, 2 Audits later & FINALLY Dan & Paula got it done. It was by no means an easy task as my financial status was constantly changing. They were patient (little over 2 years on my file), fair with pricing and most of all efficient. They fought for my rights and took a stand against the IRS when my agent dropped the ball. Their knowledge of the system and experience is far superior to others in this field that I have worked with in the past. I highly recommend (and I have) for all your IRS needs.
