"All I can say is Dan and Paula are amazing!!! They go above and beyond what I could have asked for. My situation was very stressful and embarrassing for me and they never judged me for what i got myself into, instead they helped me and set my mind at ease with the reality of the situation. They were concerned about my future going forward and always tried every avenue to help me with my situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help!"

" First off Paula and Dan are such nice and amazing people! They worked VERY hard for me and didn't EVER judge me for getting into the financial issues I needed them for but made sure I knew the reality and severity of my situation. They cared about me personally and fought hard for me with the IRS as if it was them personally having the issues. I understand its a business for them and I'm their client but they never treated me that way and it made the whole extremely stressful process much less stressful. They are very knowledgeable about all the small details that you might not ever think of. I would suggest ANYONE looking to get help with their IRS issues to use Paula and Dan!"

"Way beyond 5 stars!_"In the Fall of 2011, the Thousand Oaks Woman’s Club received a shocking letter from the I.R.S. stating the “our nonprofit status was revoked due to failure to file an online tax return for the years 2008 thru 2011. Needless to say, our President was shocked as was the Treasurer who had dutifully filled those e-returns for each of the years in question. Of course, they contacted the I.R.S. immediately and attempted to sort out the confusion…all to no avail. A fine was paid but the situation was NOT resolved. In the fall of 2012, a new President took office and was handled the “problem”. After reviewing the box, she too was overwhelmed and shared her concerns with a personal friend who was retired from the I.R.S. Almost immediately, the name, Paula Mills was given as the one person who could “sort out the mess.” Paula was contacted; she met with the Board members and after a quick review of the issues she assured them that “yes, she could assist and solve the confusion.” She graciously agreed to amend her fee schedule as the Club was small, a nonprofit with philanthropy as it’s main mission. After extensive research back to the 1963 Club’s founding, a rewrite of the Club’s Bylaws and innumerable consultation’s with the I.R.S. agent in charge, Paula cleared up the confusion, obtained the return of our nonprofit status and thoroughly cleared our good name! Paula and Dan are way beyond 5 stars. One could not ask for any better advisor or mentor when issues of taxation or financial uncertainty are involved. They are fantastic, awesome, amazing, tenacious and kind. The women of the Thousand Oaks Woman’s Club highly recommend them without any reservation.""
